Strawberry Whipped Mousse
This light and fluffy dessert is bursting with strawberry flavour and is the perfect recipe to
make mom for Mother’s Day. The recipe is easily doubled or tripled for a large batch.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup frozen strawberries, thawed
- 1 cup strawberry yogurt
- 2 cups frozen whipped topping, thawed
- Optional topping: ¼ cup granola or flaked coconut, or slivered almonds
PREPARATION
- In a blender or mixer, blend the strawberries and the yogurt together.
- Gently fold in the frozen whipped topping.
- Let sit in the fridge for at least 1 hour before serving.
- Optional: Top with crunchy topping before serving.
