Sheet Pan Fajitas
Sheet pan fajitas are a simple dinner that includes seasoned meat and vegetables roasted all on one pan and served in warm flour tortillas with your family’s favourite toppings.

INGREDIENTS
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 ½ pounds lean ground beef
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 peppers, sliced
- 1 package (24 grams) taco seasoning mix
TOPPING IDEAS
- Refried beans
- Green onion, sliced
- Jarred jalapenos, sliced
- Rice
- Hot sauce or chili flakes
- Shredded cheese
- Sour cream
- Sliced avocado or guacamole
- Salsa
- Shredded cheese or shreds
PREPARATION
- Line a 11-inch x 7-inch baking casserole dish with aluminum foil. Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Lay the beef out on the pan, pressing it down slightly to cover the bottom of the pan.
- Lay the vegetables evenly over the meat.
- Sprinkle the taco seasoning over the vegetables and the meat.
- Cook for 30-45 minutes or until the meat is well-cooked. Wrap the flour tortillas in aluminum foil and place them in the oven to warm during the last 5 minutes of cooking.
- Serve the warm tortillas alongside the meat, veggies, and toppings for the family to assemble their own.
