Salmon Kebab Wrap
This fast meal idea is full of flavour. Marinated salmon pieces are nestled alongside crisp vegetables and a creamy cucumber yogurt dip, all wrapped in a soft flat bread.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 package (contains 4) salmon skewers or brochettes
- 4 naan flat breads
- 1 container (227 grams) Tzatziki cucumber dip
- 2 tomatoes, thinly sliced
- 2 green onions, chopped or ¼ white or red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 cups lettuce, rinsed & dried, roughly chopped
- Optional – ½ cup feta cheese, crumbled
PREPARATION
- Cook the salmon skewers or brochettes according to package directions.
- Cover the naan in aluminum foil and place in the oven on low heat (around 300 °F) to warm up.
- While the salmon is cooking, chop the vegetables.
- Once the salmon is done, take the salmon from the wood skewers. Careful, they will be hot.
- Assemble the wraps by slathering on 1-2 tablespoons Tzatziki on each wrap, placing equal amounts of salmon and vegetables onto each wrap and sprinkle with feta cheese (optional).
- Fold in half and enjoy!
