Plant Based Lasagna Skillet Casserole
This recipe uses instant plant-based ground beef which cuts cooking time and clean up time in half!

INGREDIENTS
- 1 bag or box pasta (about 400 grams)
- 1 can or jar (about 680 mL) pasta sauce
- 1 package (about 340 grams) plant-based ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheese or non-dairy shreds
- 4 cups fresh baby spinach, rinsed (optional)
PREPARATION
- Bring a large pot of water up to a boil.
- Add the noodles. Stir occasionally.
- Once the noodles are almost done, drain and place back into the pot.
- Stir in the pasta sauce, the package of plant-based ground beef, and the optional baby spinach.
- Place the lid, bring up to a low boil and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Stir in the shredded cheese or the shreds. Serve.
