Garlicky Cauliflower Crust Pizza
Using pre-made cauliflower crust lowers the amount of carbohydrates in your meal. Top with your favourite toppings and enjoy!

INGREDIENTS
- 1 cauliflower crust
- 2 tablespoons oil
- Dash of salt and pepper
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder or 2 fresh garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup of toppings like:
chopped pepper, sliced onion, sliced mushrooms, canned diced pineapple, cooked ground meat or veggie ground round, chopped ham or veggie meat - ½ to 1 cup shredded cheese or non-dairy shreds
PREPARATION
- Cook the cauliflower crust as directed on the package.
- Once cooked, spread the oil over the crust. Then sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Layer on the toppings.
- Next, sprinkle the cheese. If you like it cheesy use a full cup, or ½ a cup for less cheese.
- Place back in the oven and cook for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
- Cut into wedges and serve.
