Fresh Cranberry Sauce
Fresh cranberry sauce is a must for your Holiday dinner. Made with just 4 ingredients, this easy cranberry sauce is perfect alongside turkey, but it can also be used as topping on pancakes, waffles and on buttered toast.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 bag fresh or frozen cranberries (about 350 grams), rinsed if using fresh
- 3 cups water
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon orange rind, chopped finely
PREPARATION
- Combine the cranberries and water in a medium saucepan.
- Bring to boil. Reduce heat and boil gently for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add the sugar and orange zest (optional). Cook an additional 10 minutes on low boil, stirring occasionally.
- Turn off the heat, let cool. For a smoother consistency, blend.
- Refrigerate until serving.
