Banana Bread Overnight Oats
This breakfast recipe smells like fresh baked banana bread. It is packed with wholesome ingredients that will leave you feeling satisfied for longer.

- 2 cups plain oats
- ½ cup nut butter or nut butter alternative
- ¼ cup hemp hearts or chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 cups milk
- ½ cup chopped nuts or seeds (optional)
- Maple syrup, to your taste
PREPARATION
- Place the oats in a container.
- Stir in 1 cup of milk and the nut butter.
- Add the remaining milk, hemp hearts/chia seeds and cinnamon.
- Stir until combined.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- To reheat a portion, microwave or warm in a pot on the stove. Add more milk to your liking.
- Top with sliced banana, chopped nuts/seeds and a drizzle of maple syrup.
