INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup of Minute Rice (125 grams)
- 1 can tuna or salmon drained OR ½ cup leftover cooked meat or fish, chopped
- 1-2 cups of lettuce greens, rinsed and dried
- ¼ cup creamy dressing Light Ranch or Caesar
Optional topping ideas:
- Shredded cheese
- Grated carrot
- Crunchy onions
- Peanuts, or any nut/seed
- 1 handful chips or nachos, crushed
- Seaweed snacks cut into strips using scissors
- Chili flakes
PREPARATION
- Cook the Minute Rice as per package directions.
- Place in the bottom of a big bowl.
- Top with lettuce greens, the fish or meat and any other toppings of your choice.
- Drizzle on the dressing. Enjoy!
