INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup of Minute Rice (125 grams)
  • 1 can tuna or salmon drained OR ½ cup leftover cooked meat or fish, chopped
  • 1-2 cups of lettuce greens, rinsed and dried
  • ¼ cup creamy dressing Light Ranch or Caesar
  • Shredded cheese
  • Grated carrot
  • Crunchy onions
  • Peanuts, or any nut/seed
  • 1 handful chips or nachos, crushed
  • Seaweed snacks cut into strips using scissors
  • Chili flakes

PREPARATION

  1. Cook the Minute Rice as per package directions.
  2. Place in the bottom of a big bowl.
  3. Top with lettuce greens, the fish or meat and any other toppings of your choice.
  4. Drizzle on the dressing. Enjoy!
