A thick, delicious berry smoothie bowl packed with assorted frozen berries, banana, almond butter & topped with crunchy toppings.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups frozen berries
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1 ½ cup almond milk or any other milk drink
  • 2 tablespoons almond butter or any other nut butter

TOPPING OPTIONS

• Chia seed/flax seeds/pumpkin seeds
• Granola or high fibre cereals

PREPARATION

  1. Into the blender, mix together all the smoothie bowl ingredients until smooth. Add more milk to your desired level of thickness.
  2. Pour into bowls and top with suggested toppings.
